You’re nice and reliable, and a good friend to have in any situation. Make sure sure you’ve got something interesting inside though, you want to keep people coming back for more.
There’s no two ways about it – you’re pure evil. Sure, there may be a few people who say you’ve got a good soul deep down, but really, you’re irredeemable. Right?
Now you and Bob should do that rational sober crazy person test i’ve been seeing. If you get the same result again, I’d sit down with your respective parents and have a chat 🙂
That got a big laugh out of me. I don’t know enough people who’re irredeemable. This should be fun. I also haven’t met too many veterans on LJ (probably the lefty circles I travel in). Welcome to the Monkey House, Natasha.
Hmmm, from the snake pit to the monkey house. Should be interesting.
I actually have a few friends, not on LJ, who are veterans and who are very liberal. I don’t know if it’s because I live in Austin or if it’s just because birds of a feather flock together.

NOMADLAND is a grim reminder of Gibson's aphorism that "the future is already here--it's just not evenly distributed." I once naively thought that meant the shiny, cool future of tech would trickle down--now I realize it also refers to post-apocalyptic futures that seep up.
Sorry, you lose the right to complain about partisanship once you've fanned the flames of violent insurrection. https://twitter.com/therecount/status/1364628986769399818
People are really trying to dissect what is a "cage," what is a "facility," what is a "shelter," when the bigger issue we should be dissecting is very simple: why have we as a country been criminalizing migration from the Global South since the 1990s and even before that?

Bob told me about this entry before I saw it. The first words out of my mouth: “Separated at birth.” He just started to laugh.

Yeah, Bill and I were comparing notes at the office and laughing our asses off over those personality tests.

Re: Oh shit, they’ve figured me out
I’m a liberal and a veteran (Coast Guard and Army Reserve), and I live in New York City, but I don’t know many other liberal veterans personally.

Well then, I guess I do have an LJ friend who is a liberal veteran. It’s about time…. 🙂
